In accordance with the provisions of Section 7-250 of the Connecticut General Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Avon Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 14, 2010 at 7:30 P.M. in the Selectmen’s Chamber, Avon Town Hall to consider and permit all interested persons to speak on the plan of the said Authority to levy a sewer benefit assessment on 49 Verville Road, and 20 Verville Road in connection with the construction of a sewer expansion project servicing Verville Road.
